it's not a problem, it's called false positive, there is no virus and the file is safe, antivirus name starting with Microsoft sounds like a bad idea. You may have not had problem before simply because antiviruses update and there was legitex rework which changed security and so on which makes it harder for antiviruses to analyze "unseen" files so they mark them as viruses because they cannot tell if it is one or not hoping that the user knows what he is doing and can add it to exception

No he did not. The antivirus is deleting the file, @Pean has nothing to do anything with it...

Disable or uninstall the antivirus

You don't have option to download because you opened PayPal claim -> this put the money on hold and that automatically removed your subscription until the claim is resolved / closed. If you want to solve this faster, just add me on Skype: legitex or Discord: Pean#7248 and we can chat in real time which is 10 times faster since I don't check forums every 5 minutes.

Personal recommendation is to use actual antivirus - there are plenty free ones too nowadays for example Avast and many others. I can recommend Avast as it has pretty good control over what it does and doesn't and it is definitely better antivirus than anything Microsoft made
